Smoothie with kale, spinach and pineapple




Cabbage is the easiest and most accessible ingredient. The juice of raw cabbage is very beneficial for the mucous membranes of the stomach. For this smoothie recipe, you can use regular white cabbage or Peking cabbage.

Ingredients:

Cabbage - 150 g
Spinach - 100 g
Pineapple - 150 g
Kiwi - 1 piece
Water - 1 cup
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Honey - 1 tbsp.
