To prepare an oatmeal smoothie you will need:


instant oatmeal - 65 grams;
green tea - 100 grams;
kiwi - 3 pieces.


Preparation

Soak oat flakes in green tea and leave for 10 minutes. During this time, peel kiwi from the skin and cut into cubes. Send all the ingredients into the bowl/glass of a blender and grind into a homogeneous mass. Smoothie for cleaning the body and losing weight is ready! When serving, you can decorate the drink with a small amount of oat flakes and a sprig of mint.
