This is the most hearty smoothie from our selection, with it you can easily last until lunch. Before cooking, soak oat flakes in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
Quick-cooking oat flakes (1-5 minutes) - 20 g
Banana - 1 pc.
Milk - 200 ml
Honey - 1 tbsp.
Vanilla - a pinch
